One of the largest systems integrators on the planet and a Tier 1 consultancy firm are seeking a Customers Analytics Manager (Customer and Channels Manager/Customer Experience/Marketing/Online Sales/Medallia) to join their nascent practice that collaborates with digital consumers, launches innovative products and services, increases revenues and streamlines operations to reduce costs for big-name clients, specifically in the Media, Communications & Tech industries.

This practice operates at the intersection of business and technology, so we’re looking for a blend of Managing and Technology experience. Someone that really understands the business issues clients face around the customers e.g. omnichannel, CX, digital sales and marketing, service transformation and automation.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years MC/TC consulting experience in big 3 / big 4 / specialist Customer consulting firms and agencies.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following topics / technologies:
  • Customer analytics / data science and data integration / SQL, Qlik, Tableau
  • Customer experience / Medallia
  • Decisioning / Pega or SAS RTDM
  • Contact routing / Genesys
  • Online sales and marketing / Adobe or Google

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to define customer experience strategies that drive improved business performance
  • Using customer data and analytics to identify opportunities for customer experience improvements, reductions in cost to acquire/serve, increased marketing ROI, faster channel shift and customer retention
  • Using your expertise to design, mobilise and deliver large-scale customer experience transformation programmes that deliver outcomes for our clients, bringing together colleagues to deliver those outcomes
  • Shaping impactful senior client presentations detailing analysis, conclusions and recommendations
  • Using your entrepreneurial skills to identify client challenges and to co-develop solutions with clients to drive customer outcomes
  • Building the skills of the people in our practice by sharing your expertise, mentoring and coaching
