A top consultancy firm are seeking a Customer Analytics Manager to join their emergent practice and seamlessly introduces digital consumers and innovative products and services. This opportunity will function as the mediation between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have a balance between management and technology experience. Having spent time in a client facing role will be a plus and understanding business issues clients’ face around customers will be an added bonus.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years MC/TC consulting experience in big 3 / big 4 / specialist Customer consulting firms and agencies.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following topics / technologies:
  • Customer analytics / data science and data integration / SQL, Qlik, Tableau
  • Customer experience / Medallia
  • Decisioning / Pega or SAS RTDM
  • Contact routing / Genesys
  • Online sales and marketing / Adobe or Google

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to define customer experience strategies that drive improved business performance
  • Using customer data and analytics to identify opportunities for customer experience improvements, reductions in cost to acquire/serve, increased marketing ROI, faster channel shift and customer retention
  • Using your expertise to design, mobilise and deliver large-scale customer experience transformation programmes that deliver outcomes for our clients, bringing together colleagues to deliver those outcomes
  • Shaping impactful senior client presentations detailing analysis, conclusions and recommendations
  • Using your entrepreneurial skills to identify client challenges and to co-develop solutions with clients to drive customer outcomes
  • Building the skills of the people in our practice by sharing your expertise, mentoring and coaching
