My client one of the largest consultancy organisations in the world was works with the majority of the FTSE 100 organisations is seeking a Customer Analytics Manager to join their nascent practice that works alongside digital consumers, launches innovative products and services, generates revenues to reduce costs to major blue chip organisations that specialise in Media, Communications and Tech industries.
This practice operates at the intersection of business and technology, therefore my client is looking for a blend of Managing and Technology experience. Someone that really understands the business issues clients face around the customers e.g. omnichannel, CX, digital sales and marketing, service transformation and automation.
