Do you want to sell groundbreaking, innovative, finance and accounting software to some of the biggest names in the finance industry?
My client are one of the most exciting and ambitious fin-tech software firms out there, their share price has rocketed 124% within the last year, and they have grown from 200 to 300 employees in that same time! They are now looking to bring in a talented sales professional to execute sales with new clients from cold to close!
As an organisation they have a real start-up feel about them. They promote a non-corporate culture in which employees don’t have to rely on a rigid promotion structure to progress, as they instead highly value organic growth, and promote employees at every opportunity that their performance is deserving of it. They realise that their employees hold the key to their future, and don’t hesitate to invest heavily in their futures, through methods such as training courses.
The main focus of the role will be to pick up new clients to sell their cutting edge technology. You will get the chance to oversee the whole sales life cycle, from targeting, cold calling, and building relationships with new clients, right through to the closing of the deal. You will focus on collaborating with other areas of the business, such as the marketing and product teams, to run effective sales campaigns across Europe that will entice and lure in new clients to drive up software revenue.
I am looking for an intelligent, forward-thinking individual with a passion for sales. You will have to be enthusiastic and think strategically to identify the best opportunities for additional sales, as well as managing on-going relationships to maintain current revenues.

Salary: Up to £75,000 basic salary, £150,000 OTE as well as other considerable benefits
