Service Designer (UX, CX, Strategy)
Invent, Incubate, Build and Scale disruptive start-ups that will change billions of lives across different industries.
You’re bored of the same old; opportunities with no creativity in a stagnant environment. Well, no more. This opportunity as a Service Designer lies within a household brand’s digital incubator that has received significant investment. You will have the best of both worlds working in a start-up environment that has serious stability.
Across the protection and assistance, health, automotive, and insurance verticals, this company is taking disruptive and innovative ideas and making them come to life with an ethical purpose. Building upon credible, established relationships and links across these industries thanks to the parent company, this company has an impressively growing reputation that major brands want to work with. You will be helping to change the game of the industry they work in as a Service Designer.
Ideally, they would like a Service Designer who has consultancy experience as this position will combine practical and advisory knowledge. However, start up experience is also highly valued. Assessing customer needs and being forward thinking, whilst owning all elements of the design process, will be at the pinnacle of everything you do.
This is not your average Service Designer job where you are promised that you’ll work on “cool” projects, there is genuinely no other company like this one, one where you will challenge the norm by creating companies the industry hasn’t witnessed or experienced before. You will be contributing to projects that are of an unprecedented calibre, as well as progressing your career as a Service Designer in an outstanding manner.
