Technology Transformation Senior Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: 90k-120k + bonus (DOE)

In this role as Technology Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead alongside small to large teams to promote authentic growth and a trusting environment for employees as well as new and existing customers.

What you'll do as Technology Transformation Senior Manager:

  • Influence and enhance business performance.
  • Manage client engagements, collaborating closely with Directors and SVPs to support project delivery.
  • Drive product innovation and strategy, contributing to strategy development, technology due diligence, and IT crisis management.

What you'll need:

  • As the new Technology Transformation Senior Manager, you'll need to combine previous industry and consulting experience to successfully collaborate across a range of small to large projects.
  • Experienced in one or more of the following disciplines: Solutions architecture, software delivery, infrastructure and operations.
  • Demonstrate strong Tech and Digital industry awareness to assist clients surpass their business objectives.
  • Reputable analytical and strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently build and influence client and business relationships.
  • Expertise in Technology and Digital Tools, Methodologies and Frameworks.

Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of an additional language; Fluency in English is essential to the role.
