Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer with a passion for driving transformation in dynamic, agile environments? We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to take a leading role in the design, deployment, and development of cloud-based solutions tailored to complex client needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the translation of system requirements into innovative DevOps solutions that maximize efficiency and automation. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work across a variety of projects, designing and deploying systems that enable automatic provisioning, continuous integration, and containerization. Your expertise will ensure the automation of testing, while aligning with client specifications in fast-paced, cutting-edge environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain new DevOps pipelines to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Deploy and manage AWS environments using services like AWS S3, RDS, Route 53, IAM, EKS, and more.
  • Implement Kubernetes (Helm, Kops) for container management and leverage Terraform for automating the deployment of cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure observability through tools such as ELK, Dynatrace, and Prometheus, optimizing performance monitoring and security.
  • Adhere to high-level security standards and work within secure environments, ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability tools.
  • Experience building and managing DevOps pipelines.
  • A proven ability to work in secure environments with strict security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Vault, RedHat, and other critical technologies.

Requirements:

  • You must hold a UKIC Developed Vetting Clearance to be eligible.
  • Predominately office-based environment, with 80% of the time being based
