The Role:

As a manager, you will utilise your Financial Due Diligence expertise to deliver tailored soultions for clients. You will be required to manage budgets, oversee project delivery, and produce insightful financial analyses. As a key point of contact for clients and advisors, your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and support.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in high-performing teams with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions
• A solid academic foundation with a financial qualification like ACA or comparable experience
• Capable of assessing due diligence findings to determine their impact on the deal, delivering clear recommendations that emphasize the key implications for clients
• Strong client advisory skills and technical expertise
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Passion for coaching and developing junior team members
• Commitments to delivering exceptional value and service

Benefits:

• Salary- Up to £78,000
• Car Allowance- £4,500
