The opportunity-
A leading global digital transformation company is seeking an experienced Service and User Experience Designer to enhance Customer Experience and Service Design capabilities, helping to position them as a top-tier provider in these fields. You'll collaborate closely with Design, Client Services, and PM leads to shape proposals and deliver innovative experiences for employees, customers, and users.
The Role-
In this position, you will lead interaction and service design activities, including client workshops, ensuring that all work is grounded in a deep understanding of users. Additionally, you will manage design research relationships and innovate Service Design practices. As a hands-on practitioner and coach, you will provide feedback to junior team members while delivering innovative solutions for clients.
