Step into the role of Technical Lead to spearhead high-performing teams as they solve complex technical challenges for diverse clients. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, shaping solutions and guiding projects that drive meaningful digital transformation.

As a Technical Lead, you'll bridge the gap between technical and business requirements, partnering with clients to design and implement solutions that meet their unique needs. You'll direct technical teams in the delivery of complex, scalable applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and provide mentorship to develop engineers, enhancing their skills in architecture, problem-solving, and coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Lead across high-impact projects, mentoring teams and fostering continuous improvement.
• Develop end-to-end scalable system designs that support client goals and meet security best practices.
• Get hands-on when necessary-debugging, troubleshooting, and guiding architecture decisions.
• Champion recruitment efforts, lead training, and foster knowledge-sharing within internal communities.
• Collaborate with DevOps, using monitoring and observability tools to drive system optimization.

Skills and Experience
The ideal Technical Lead brings:

• Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise applications on cloud platforms, with expertise in cloud-native, scalable architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (JavaScript, Java, or .NET) and full-stack frameworks.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experienced in technical decision-making for long-term solutions.
• A solid foundation in engineering principles and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with TDD, contract testing, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and release management.
• Knowledge of performance optimization through caching strategies, database query tuning, and more.
