The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading consulting firm's Defence & Security team as a service designer, where you'll contribute to projects that make a tangible difference in national safety and resilience. The Role:

As a Service Designer, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to create and deliver impactful services for Defence and Security clients. Your role involves researching to uncover complex user needs, developing service blueprints and journey maps, and working with stakeholders to set measurable objectives. You'll identify areas for service enhancement, facilitate workshops and co-design sessions, and partner with product teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement of service experiences.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Service Design, including creative service design artefacts for end-to-end multi-touchpoint services
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with agile and iterative design processes and a passion for creating user-centric services

Benefits:
