About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to join our Cloud Managed Services team. In this role, you will develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multi-cloud platforms in a multi-client environment. You will be responsible for the implementation, automation, and ongoing support of ServiceNow modules, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Integration Hub.
• Proven ability to design and develop automated workflows to streamline cloud deployments and business processes.
• Expertise in creating custom dashboards and reporting solutions within ServiceNow to drive actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow delivery and operations.
• Experience with DevOps and Cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Strong background in Service Design, ensuring solutions are well-architected, scalable, and meet business needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions and manage expectations across multiple teams.
• 70% technical 30% client facing
