The Role:

As a Software Developer/Engineer, you'll take ownership of technical products and projects, working closely with business functions to understand and meet their needs. You'll challenge existing systems, drive innovation, and stay up to date with industry trends. This role gives you the autonomy to make an impact from day one and solve problems that align with business goals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in C#/.NET or other object-oriented languages (Java, Python)
  • Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Passion for technology and problem-solving with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to take ownership of development projects and deliver quality results.
  • Clear communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Minimum 2.1 degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Russell Group university.
