Are you a skilled professional with a deep understanding of Oracle ERP business processes, looking for the next step in your career? Working within a world-class consulting firm, we are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Manager to join the growing Enterprise Solutions team. You will play a key role in supporting business development, leading technical delivery teams, and working across multiple client industries to design and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering Solutions: Presenting strong solutions for Oracle Cloud technology in response to complex client requirements.
• Leading a Technical Delivery Team: Leading technical project workstreams as Oracle ERP Manager, such as data integration or migration on larger engagements, or leading the technical delivery team on smaller engagements (technical oversight support provided).
• System Design & Delivery: Deliver on release and integration management, designing data migration strategies and technical project management.
• Supporting Technical Solutions: Leverage leading practice solutions to support across integrations, reporting environments, data migrations and/or security.
• Business Development: Supporting project delivery activities across clients from a variety of industries.

About You:

• Oracle Cloud ERP Expertise: Conceptual knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes in at least one of the following: finance, procurement, HR, Payroll, and experience of multiple ERP full implementation project lifecycles.
• Experience Leading Technical Workstreams: Specialise in at least one of the following workstreams (with experience leading a team):
  • Integration (Oracle Integration Cloud)
  • Extension (Oracle VBCS/PCS)
  • Data Migration
  • Enterprise Reporting
• Clear Documentation Skills: Prepare key strategic documents including integration strategies, data migration strategies and architectural designs
• Implementation Support Skills: Drive technical deliverables such as data migration principles and integration design in cloud environments
• Cloud Expertise: Demonstrate experience in operating in a cloud environment and the impacts of on cloud vs on premise.
• Client Engagement & Communication Skills: Ability to work closely with senior client representatives to drive strategic decisions and lead workshops.
• Professional Skills: Excellent interpersonal, team-building skills with good attention to detail and a strong ability to convey recommendations as Oracle ERP Manager.
