Client has 5 divisions consumer, corporate, wealth and private banking, Client is also a US specialist consumer bank. The Bank are seeking to add an experienced Business Analyst into their Consumer Payments, Payments Tower department. A successful candidate will have implementing technology solutions and communicating with stakeholders and partners.

Essential Business Analyst Technology Skills

• Strong MS Office Skills
• Salesforce: Salesforce CRM, Communities, Lightning Application, Apex, Aura, Visualforce Pages/Components, Apex Web Services, SOQL
• Integrating Tools: Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard, Data Export, Mass Delete, ETL
• Languages: Apex, Aura, Java, javascript, C, C++, SQL, SOQL, SOSL.
• J2EE Technologies
• Databases: SQL Server, My SQL, Oracle, DB2

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for;

• Stakeholder Management- Understanding the needs of each stakeholder and how their needs can be fulfilled.
• Technical and Analytical Skills-Analysts should know what applications are being utilized and have the ability to test the software. Their skillset should include outstanding analytical skills so operational requirements are met.
• Problem solving and Decision-making skills- Finding ways to quickly identify and resolve problems to allow the successful completion of projects. Business analyst should be able receive input from stakeholders and recommend a course of action
• Negotiation and Persuasion Skills-The ability to find a balance between individual wants and business needs, whilst maintaining relationships within the organisation. To handle its effectively so the analyst will need strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Business Analyst Requirements;

• Knowledge of payment technologies and industry, with a strong interest and understanding of financial regulations
• Good understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban and lifecycle management
