What You'll Be Doing

As a Principal Systems Engineer, responsibilities include:

• Providing subject matter expertise and guidance on Systems Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues in systems engineering practices.
• Leading and supervising tailored engineering activities to suit specific project needs.
• Communicating and negotiating effectively with stakeholders to develop and deliver optimized systems.
• Demonstrating domain expertise while quickly assimilating new knowledge and challenges.
• Collaborating across engineering disciplines and functions to ensure seamless integration.

What You'll Bring

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A solid foundation in systems engineering, with experience across the full engineering lifecycle.
• A degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Awareness of multidisciplinary influences on system design, including engineering, law, commerce, management, logistics, and politics.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members effectively.
