As a Technical Lead, you will:
- Guide the architecture and delivery of robust, scalable technical solutions across a range of domains.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through all phases of the software delivery lifecycle.
- Foster a high-performing engineering culture, mentoring developers and promoting continuous improvement.
- Make architectural decisions and engage in debugging and performance tuning of complex systems.
- Contribute to internal growth by leading communities of practice, supporting recruitment, and designing training initiatives.
The ideal Technical Lead will have:
- A strong grounding in software engineering fundamentals, scalable architecture, and security best practices.
- Proven experience delivering cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD automation, and modern DevOps workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM or Kanban, and experience leading such teams.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, JavaScript, .NET preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in engineering standards including test-driven development, contract testing, and secure coding practices.
- An understanding of architectural patterns such as event-driven architecture and platform migration.
