Anson McCade is looking for an experienced in-house office manager, administrator, trainer and internal recruitment coordinator with exposure to HR duties plus ideally management skills to take firm and strict control of our company!
This is a key lead position within Anson McCade, one upon which all others depend. Attributes required are excellent interpersonal skills, a fabulous work ethic, superb organisational skills, an analytical approach to your day-to-day tasks with a constant view on improvements, refinements and efficiency, a strong appreciation of social media, comprehensive experience with databases/CRMs/primary Microsoft Office applications, solid exposure to Human Resources duties and a willingness to get stuck into to any task no matter how large or small, prestigious or otherwise. We acknowledge this is a very broad role so while we won’t expect anyone to be brilliant at everything we will be looking for an intelligent, positive, self-disciplined and proactive person who is enthusiastic to strengthen all aspects of their skills and experience wherever possible.
Responsibilities include procurement of recruitment consultants to work with us internally at Anson McCade, management of their training on our systems and procedures, day-to-day HR duties and administration duties, development of our social media strategy, guidance of more junior members in our office management team, organisation of in-house parties and entertainments and the drive to get involved in anything else you think will be fun and/or advantageous to our organisation – your initiative will be welcome! I will save you from having to read through a litany of specific tasks save to say this is a job where you will be encouraged to play to your strengths and make the role entirely yours while not blinding you to the fact that we all also have to cover menial tasks. In aggregate the big purpose is to find someone who will make each one of us more efficient, effective and productive.
To us: Anson McCade is a high end, international Digital, IT and Capital Markets recruitment consultancy around 50-60 individuals strong though, as you can see from the spec above, we are continually looking to expand. Our clientele list is exceptional, ranging from the largest, global investment banks, financial institutions, management consultancies and manufactures through to smaller hedge funds, trading firms and mid-sized organisations to venture capitalised start-ups. We operate in the UK, Ireland, France and Australia providing our services globally to our clients in the UK, Europe, the US, Australia and the Far East. There will be opportunities to work with all our departments with the occasional possibility of travel between offices.
