We are a forward-thinking recruitment agency, focusing on digital, tech, financial, change and security. Headquartered in the City of London, we have further bases in Belfast, Paris and Sydney. We are seeking a fluent French speaker to join us as either a trainee or experienced consultant.


We’ve been growing steadily since our doors first opened thanks to the exceptional hard work from our recruitment consultants. Due to our high quality of service delivered to our impressive client list, we opened up our second site in Belfast in December 2014 and our Sydney office in summer 2017


What do Recruitment Consultants do?


Recruitment is fast becoming one of the most popular career paths for graduates because of its promise of high earning potential, fast career progression and an environment where you have the autonomy to run your own business.


We search for talent for our impressive list of clients who range from world leading organisations and most innovative start-ups. Excellent communication skills are key here – building strong relationships with both your candidates and clients will set you apart from the rest. We find our candidates through a variety of methods such as attracting active candidates with creative adverts and a strong social media presence, and we seek out candidates through networking, CV databases and headhunting. A combination of these methods will provide you with a strong pool of candidates who you must manage throughout their journey, keeping them up to date on their application process, providing useful tips and feedback and relaying information where necessary.


With a well established and growing client base, some having worked with us for a decade, we have plenty of opportunities for people to work on and take over our current accounts, creating and managing their own business.


What do Anson McCade offer?


  • Salary: A flexible base between £18,000 - £27,000
  • Commission: Uncapped commission structure (estimated 1st year: £30-35k OTE)

What about you?


We’re looking for a fluent French speaker who must feel comfortable liaising with candidates and clients in French. We don’t mind if your language skills come from your educational qualifications, if you’re self taught – as long as you’re fluent!


We’re looking for intelligent individuals with great communications skills who are serious about a career in recruitment, who can demonstrate an understanding of the industry. We look for people who are friendly and outgoing to fit in with our teams, and a confident telephone manner.
