Partner Development Manager

My client is seeking a Partner Development Manager with expertise nurturing the expansion and development of client accounts. The successful Partner Development Manager will join my client's industry leading and award winning organisation. They are recognised on a global scale not only for their success in the e-commerce industry but also for their technology and innovation practice that has helped bring multiple streaming services and digital products to market. As a Partner Development Manager you will join a rapidly expanding Practice, working on growing and maintaining high profile accounts within a Private Sector Fortune 100 company. Due to the current environment, this will be a fully remote role with the potential to move towards a London based location following the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions.

The Partner Development Manager will have the following skills and experience:

Required skills

  • 10+ years working with/for a Global Systems Integrator
  • 10+ years' experience in enterprise sales, business development and program management for GSI's
  • Experience leading and operating within cross-functional / highly matrix ed country, region and global teams to deliver sales, business development, campaigns on tight deadlines

Preferred skills

  • High business acumen and passion
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and analytical environment
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases
  • A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and lead high performance Sales and Marketing teams in a high-growth environment
