We are recruiting an experienced Support Analyst in Belfast to work with a software house to deploy and maintain bespoke products for blue chip organisations- You will get exposure to the best technology available while developing products that have a real mainstream appeal.

As a Support analyst:

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that client's performance increase, ensuring that all issues are recorded on the client system, Make sure issues are prioritised and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Troubleshoot issues in the code and bringing them to the Developer ]
  • Must be able to code in Java
  • Identify and solve any problems that arise
  • Work in cohesion with the development team
  • transitioning services from Project/Development into Live Operational Support

What you will have:

As a Support analyst in this role, you will have the following:

  • Experience in Incident/Problem/Change management with ability to perform detailed technical root cause analysis
  • Experience in identifying efficiency improvements from manual actions to automated processes with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in using monitoring tools for a proactive approach to system stability which would include defined Start of Day and Start of Week checks to detect potential system issues

What they offer you as a Support Analyst:

  • £32,000 - £48,000 depending on experience + 10% annual Bonus
