Equipment Systems Lead, Actuation Systems Centre of Excellence

A great opportunity has arisen for an Equipment Systems Lead to join the Systems Engineering and Design Capability department. A successful candidate will be supporting projects by applying technical knowledge of current and emerging systems engineering processes, methods and tools, whilst being actively involved in developing best practice usage to improve efficiency and consistency.

As successful Equipment Systems Lead will have:

  • Experience in leading roles
  • The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels effectively; be able to challenge, negotiate and influence to achieve a desired outcome.
  • The ability to manage ever-changing and conflicting priorities to achieve an effective goal.
  • Experience with a variety of engineering tools.

An Equipment Systems Lead will:

  • Take lead of the equipment system design.
  • Manage clients needs/ requirements and action them in a correct manner.
  • Manage the development and revision of the equipment's system design during the course of project.
  • Develop and revise internally generated system requirements for the equipment.
