A world renowned financial organisation are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work within the company's Digital Banking and Innovation Practice located in Northampton. Investing £100m+ every year into developing new digital products and services the Northampton campus combines the expertise of 3500 Technologists who collaborate daily to create a supportive and dynamic work environment which is designed to maximise your career potential whilst supporting core banking platforms for millions of customers and business partners globally.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

As Business Analyst you will be operating as a key member of the Payments Team to shape, define and prioritise new business initiatives and change programmes. Working in collaboration with PM's, PO's and Business Stakeholders you will establish and execute innovative business solutions across the B2B2C Portfolio.

As a Business Analyst you will require:

  • Must have proven BA Experience (Within Financial Services/Fin-Tech/Banking/Consulting)
  • Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Excel experience - able to analyse, reconcile and report data
  • Knowledge in Payment technologies/ Payment Industry
  • A tenacious and driven individual who can work in a fast paced/high pressure environment
