Business Analyst - Fully Remote

The Company

You will be working for a company that specialises in helping public sector leaders accelerate their digital service delivery and drive smarter decisions through industry leading consultancy services.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will:

  • Accurately capture business and service needs, continued by using business analysis principles and tools to define requirements.
  • Working with the product manager and the delivery manager to accurately document the product or service; including detailed requirements, functional and non-functional, that can be fed back to the relevant collaborators.
  • Assist in improving the delivery team's ability to meet deadlines and adhere to the roadmap by adding clarity as well as playing a part in workshops, sprint planning, daily scrums, show and tells, retros etc.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will require experience of:

  • Working with clients and users using lean agile processes
  • Investigating business priorities, operational needs and problems
  • Business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Agile and lean practices such as Lean UX, Scrum, XP, and/or Kanban
  • Working with Government Digital Service/Consulting experience

  • Salary of: £40,000 - £50,000
  • Manchester / Fully Remote
  • Flexible Working Hours

  • Stock Options up to 7.5% of Annual Salary until November 30th
  • Paid Holiday provided on your 3rd and 5th work anniversary
