This is an exciting opportunity to work for a market maker in the consultancy arena. We are recruiting for talented consultants primarily with 2-7 years of experience.

This team architects people centred transformations that form innovative solutions to the most complex challenges. You will place people at the heart of transformation to ensure business objectives are not only met, but are sustainable.

Using your private or public sector expertise, you will anticipate and address the programme challenges of workforces by creating, and implementing, projects that utilise analytics in new ways.

In the role of People Analytics Consultant, your industry and analytics experience will be critical as you lead the delivery of the most complex data driven business change programmes.

You will enable organisations turn their future-focussed strategic business objectives into tangible workforce and people interventions. Putting people at the heart of change, you will re-imagine how organisations, teams, and industries collaborate to keep up with the ever changing role of people at work.

Here you will design, build, and develop critical analytic assets such as measurement frameworks, data models, assessment tools, KPI dashboards and predictive analytics to support the most complex and data driven change programmes.

As a market making organisation, this role gives you the opportunity to not only impact your client's business by delivering innovative change, but set the president for all other organisations.

As a People Analytics Consultant you will:

  • Empower digital organisations to engage in cultural and behavioural change to create the future of work for major corporations
  • Form innovative and imaginative solutions to how organisations, teams and ecosystems collaborate in response to a working environment that is constantly changing
  • Perform analysis to help clients to solve their most complex issues and ultimately form high-performing workforces
  • Develop work plans for client engagements leading the delivery of defined project objectives
  • Lead and deliver components of end-to-end change design in a variety of programmes contexts

A successful People Analytics Consultant will have:

  • Experience in the planning and implementing change that enables businesses to deliver business outcomes
  • An ability to digest and translate data into information that can be understood by a range of stakeholders
  • An understanding and interest in the strategic value analytics can bring
  • Drive continuous improvement using data to provide informed solutions to the most challenging business problems
  • Presented cases for change and articulate need for change effectively
  • A strong ability to determine the impact of hypothetical changes and undertake mitigation planning
  • Strong communication skill set that enables you to engage with senior stakeholders
