A Sunday Times Top 100 company (7 years in a row!) and the leading digital solutions provider in the UK are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join the business to support the delivery of some of the largest and most complex digital transformation projects currently ongoing in the UK today.

Responsibilities of Product Manager:

  • Visibly lead one or more multi-skilled agile delivery teams
  • Own the E2E backlog of a product
  • Lead business analysts and product consultants to ensure user requirement-gathering and prioritisation processes are running effectively
  • Collaborate with delivery managers and architects to ensure the smooth running of the wider team, seeking commercial opportunities and taking a lead on commercial negotiations
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations
  • Coaching and managing the development of staff.

Essential requirements of Product Manager:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst
  • Previous experience of requirement gathering, refinement and prioritisation processes
  • Experience owning the E2E product backlog, building goal-orientated roadmaps, gaining buy-in from stakeholders and encouraging the development of MVP
  • Demonstrable ability to lead one or more agile multi-disciplined teams to ensure user requirements are managed effectively
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience implementing suitable tools, standards and techniques for business analysis and gathering requirements
  • Ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to ensure conflicts are managed and new initiatives are met
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of relevant modern technologies and architecture concepts
  • Previous experience in managing staff development and agile coaching.

Desirable requirements of Product Manager:

  • Experience in another aspect of software development, such as engineer or tester
  • Experience working onsite with clients


  • Negotiable Salary of up to £90,000
  • 10% Annual Bonus
  • Flexible/Hybrid Working (Max of 2 days per week travel required)
  • 35 Days Holiday (This includes Public Holidays + Buy and Sell Up to 10 Days)
