As a Transformation, Change and Programme Management Consultant/ Senior Consultant, you will have experience across one or more of the following:

• Change Strategy
• Behavioural Change which could include having an agile mind-set
• Change Impact Assessment
• Change Tracking to outline the benefits realisation associated with Change Management
• utilising Digital Engagement tools to ensure successful transformation

We are ideally looking for someone who has previous consultancy experience as this is a client facing role which will see you working in a fast paced environment and travelling on-site to clients (max 2 days a week).
