You will be an IAM Manager within the Cyber Security team helping to ensure we are able to deliver high quality work to clients in the IAM space. You should expect to be involved in a wide range of challenging engagements, from IAM strategy roll-out, to large scale IAM transformations, to IAM controls review. If you are enthusiastic to take on complex IAM problems, find creative ways to resolve them using a combination of processes and technology and help our clients manage their IAM risk, then you are the type of person we are looking for. Our Digital Trust and Cyber Security team is growing and working in some interesting areas of security:

  • Cyber resilience: As our clients' businesses become ever more data-centric and connected, we help them to fully understand the range of threats their data is exposed to, evaluate the resulting risks to their business, assess their current controls and build pragmatic and actionable roadmaps for improvement
  • Protective Monitoring: We developed the UK national guidance on insider risk management and are now working with a wide variety of clients to help them identify and manage cyber and insider incidents using SIEM tools and behavioural analytics
  • Smart Energy, Transport and Cities: We are helping national governments, the energy industry, transport operators and regulators realise the benefits and manage the risks of building Smart infrastructure, protect core infrastructure and even the lives of those who depend on them.
  • Cloud security and AI: We are working with leading edge vendors and clients to push back the boundaries of security technologies and help clients take full advantage of leading-edge product and services.


  • Managing complex IAM implementation and transformation programmes, from project inception through to final sign-off.
  • Developing strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.
  • Creating IAM solution blueprints and producing high-level designs for technical and process solutions for multiple IAM domains.
  • Developing thought leadership in chosen areas of identity access management.
  • Developing an understanding of PA's broader offerings to enable identification of business opportunities.
  • Assisting with the sales and business development activities.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members through sharing of experience and knowledge.
  • Performance management of junior staff.
  • Striving for continuous development of self and team.
  • Upholding PA's values by acting with integrity.
