About the Role

As a Change Management - Manager/Senior Manager you will be expected to carry out the following roles:

  • Manage the People and Cultural change aspect within the context of an large IT system being implemented across an entire business .
  • Supporting business development.
  • Deliver training workshops.
  • Change impact assessments.
  • Use your knowledge of the digitalized marketplace to improve the quality of client engagements.

Experience & Qualifications

A Change Management - Manager/Senior Manager must meet the following criteria:

  • You most be working or recently have worked in a consulting envirmoent.
  • Have developed £500k+ in new business in the last year.
  • At least 7 years relevant experience
