What a Change Management Senior Manager role will involve:

  • Developing the growing portfolio of clients, including some of the UKs top brands
  • Working closely with Digital, Advisory and Transformation Delivery teams to develop new business
  • Team building to support growth and ensuring successful assignment deliveries
  • Recruiting and retaining other team members, both new hires and existing practitioners to support growth

What responsibilities will a Change Management Senior Manager have?

  • Delivery Lead - OCM strategy, Digital and Tech Adoption, ITO, BPO and HCM, and provision of Quality Assurance
  • Business Growth & Development - managing relationships, networking, development and production of collateral
  • Subject Matter Expert - supporting internal communication of CC Strategic Services capability
  • Methodologies - Implement coherent approach to the role through presentations, FRI/RFP content and toolkits
  • Thought leadership - knowledge management approach, prepare thought leadership collateral raising company profile and speaking at conferences to present thought leadership
  • Performance and People Capability Development - Ensure the development of practice members to ensure consistency, Line Management responsibilities, act as SME expert and leader and mentoring more junior team members

What experience is required for a Change Management Senior Manager?

  • Commercial experience - to build and develop new business in this sector
  • Proven expertise in OCM with a Fortune 500 corporation, including experience in Change, Digital Strategy and Transformation
  • Presenting new concepts successfully to potential clients
  • Business development including identifying leads and pre and post-sale support
  • Extensive experience with a consulting firm is imperative
  • Experience of positioning the human aspect of change within a digital workplace
  • Exposure to one or more of the following industries - Retain, Consumer Goods, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Media and Entertainment
