A global leader in the IT solutions space & ServiceNow Elite Partner is currently seeking the expertise of a high performing ServiceNow Advisory Consultant to join the company's award winning ServiceNow Practice. Boasting deep roots of innovation & a proud heritage across the Now Platform, the business consistently delivers high quality ServiceNow solutions & digital experiences that help organisations fundamentally re-imagine IT processes & digital workflows.

The ServiceNow Practice has ambitious plans to triple in headcount over the next 3-5 years and recently launched its highly anticipated Global Strategic Now Academy, which has already cultivated great success in identifying the new generation in ServiceNow talent. Their immediate aim however is to continue growing the senior leadership team through the additions of Solutions Advisory Consultants who possess a deep knowledge & passion for the ServiceNow Platform and can help to shape & define the practice's culture & direction.

Your role:

As technical SME and thought leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships across 2-3 clients, in addition to providing strategic solutions advice during pre-sales pursuits. As an Advisory Consultant, you will also drive product adoption, renewals and expansion of ServiceNow offerings and facilitate strategic planning workshops to identify business value opportunities and defining successful execution strategies.

Essential ServiceNow Advisory Consultant Experience:

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certified in multiple disciplines - 2 specialisms
  • Large solutions for global based companies / multi-organisation shared service
  • Focused heavily across advisory / Pre Sales along with strong tech skills in ServiceNow
  • Understanding of CX workflows / business processes and ability design based on requirements
  • Able to present solutions and agree designs with IT leaders and customers IT departments/Business users
  • "Experienced across IT, Customer, Employee and Creator workflow. Specialism in at least 2 workflows."
  • ServiceNow Create Now Methodology
  • Solution design / ownership / delivery
  • Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow and experience with multiple product suites, e.g. IT + HR/CSM/ITBM.

Benefits Package:

  • Base Salary: £95,000 - £125,000
  • Annual Bonus of 15%
