Business Analyst - Workday

Our client is a FTSE 100 conglomerate Tech for Good Company. They are ranked as one of the most admired companies in Britain for the work they do in life-saving technologies. They are driven by a purpose to grow a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day - by solving world problems from water scarcity to food security and from preventable blindness to better heart health.

They are undergoing a large scale digital transformation as they streamline the ERP technologies used across their 40+ businesses. This digital transformation will involve both HR and Finance System Implementations and therefore they are looking to bring in a Business Analyst who has experience in Workday Implementations.

The Business Analyst will be instrumental in identifying and driving the definition of the solutions required to deliver the initiatives across the parent company and the individual subsidiaries. This is a highly visible role with our client and presents an opportunity to work on one a challenging digital transformation programme with a FTSE 100 organisation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Consult with solution stakeholders to advise on solution adoption and usage
  • System changes
  • Liaise with & manage 3rd party vendors
  • Create detailed problem and opportunity statements for a broad range of functional and technical topics
  • Define functional and technical scope for various solution areas
  • Capture and articulate business, detailed functional, and non-functional requirements from multiple stakeholder communities
  • Create use cases/user stories and prepare test cases
  • Demonstrate use cases/user stories to show how a target solution platform may be implemented, and the benefits it will bring through adoption
  • Support system and user acceptance testing
  • Create business process documentation and recommendations
  • Support business change programmes and training activities
  • Engage with suppliers and integration partners as part of all the above

Business Analyst Package Details;

  • Base salary: £60k - £65k
  • Company Bonus: 15%
  • Pension: Up to 10.5% matched
