Project Management Officer (PMO)

Northampton - Hybrid

One of the world's most distinguished financial institutions are currently seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to work within the company's Digital Banking and Innovation Capability- located in Northampton. As a PMO you will be operating as a key member of the Digital Payments Team to shape, define and prioritise new business initiatives and change programmes.

Responsibilities

* Maintain a level of project control (incl. governance and risk) to ensure company policies and standards are maintained

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and leadership staff

* Inspire team performance through coaching and development

* Demonstrate strong decision making skills

* Influence significant business decisions through the utilisation of sound judgement

Essential Project Management Officer (PMO) Experience:

* Excellent presentation skills

* Strong Jira Skills

* Very strong powerpoint skills

* Strong working knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies

* Experience in tech/ finance change environment

Desirable skills for the Project Management Officer role:

* Financial Services industry experience

* Business Management Experience
