Experience necessary:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in professional agency/consultancy and/or client-side experience in digital and non-digital products and services
• Have practically executed a true nature of Agile Product Development
• Converting insights and requirements derived from user research
• Having thought beyond user interface
• Planned and conducted user research, usability testing and interpret feedback
• Designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, and low and high-fidelity prototypes
• Facilitated Design Workshops with a variety of stakeholders
• Designed user experience iOS and Android
• Used design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, inVision Studio, Zeplin, Axure RP, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Used Google Material Design and iOS
• Understand Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) & ISO 9241
• Understand design and development lifecycle for iOS and Android
• Mentored and managed teams on a variety of projects
