The consultancy are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Assistant Director to lead our team of experts in providing top-notch cyber security solutions to our clients. As a Cyber Security Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our cyber security strategy, ensuring the protection of our clients' assets, information, and reputation.

As a leader in the industry, we require someone with an impressive track record of success in managing complex cyber security projects and mitigating cyber security risks. You should possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities of a Cyber Security Assistant Director;

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and risk management goals
  • Manage and lead a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Conduct risk assessments, threat analyses, and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate cyber security risks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our cyber security strategy
  • Communicate cyber security risks and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives and board members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in cyber security, with a proven track record of success in managing complex cyber security projects
  • Experience in a consulting role, working with large-scale clients in a Big 4 consultancy firm preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred
