Key Responsibilities: As an Operations Manager, you will need

5. Operational leadership: Ensuring that all services detailed within the contract are adhered to, delivered and where possible, enhanced to meet and exceed the expectations
6. Systems Operations Process optimisation: Streamline internal operational system processes to drive efficiency and implement metrics and KPI's to drive change, monitor progress and capture learnings
