Duration: 6-12 months initially

Rate: £800-£950 per day umbrella (inside IR35)

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Director Grade, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of IFS solutions to our esteemed clientele. Working closely with senior colleagues, implementation teams, and clients, you will lead the charge in aligning our solutions with client objectives, driving value realization, and fostering a collaborative environment conducive to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of client business requirements and ensure that the IFS solution effectively addresses these needs.
• Facilitate clear communication between pre-sales and implementation teams, identifying and addressing any gaps in scope or solution.
• Champion the IFS Implementation Methodology, ensuring consistency in reporting and documentation across projects.
• Proactively engage with project stakeholders to clarify project activities and expectations at each phase.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Evaluate deliverables and customer work products for quality and consistency.
• Review and challenge CRIMs (Change Request & Issue Management) requests, ensuring thorough assessment and resolution.
• Continuously build knowledge across core IFS industries and leverage available IFS Accelerators to enhance project outcomes.

Required Competencies:

• Proficiency in Scope Tool usage, with the ability to build comprehensive customer scopes.
• Strong knowledge of IFS products and familiarity with the IFS Implementation Methodology.
• Leadership abilities to effectively guide solution teams and communicate end-to-end processes within the customer solution.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to issue resolution and clear communication with clients.
• Commitment to ensuring customer value realization and delivering exceptional service.

Required Education & Experience:

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience in business process mapping and implementation projects, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Involvement in project planning and resourcing, collaborating with Project Managers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language (verbal and written).

Desirable:

• Experience delivering ERP projects in relevant industries, preferably in a similar role.
