Our esteemed innovation and transformation consulting firm, renowned for its excellence in Cyber Security and Data Privacy, is seeking a Principal Data Privacy Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives in Data Privacy, shaping the future of privacy compliance and risk management for our clients.

Role Overview: As the Principal Data Privacy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and guidance to clients on all aspects of Data Privacy compliance and risk management. Leveraging your expertise, you will lead engagements focused on developing and implementing robust Data Privacy programs tailored to the unique needs and challenges of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while driving innovation and transformation in Data Privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Data Privacy engagements, including privacy assessments, compliance gap analysis, and development of privacy policies and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients on best practices in Data Privacy, including GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative approaches to Data Privacy, leveraging technology and automation where appropriate.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the Data Privacy practice.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance the firm's reputation as a leader in Data Privacy.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Data Privacy, with a proven track record of success in consulting or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience leading Data Privacy engagements, including privacy assessments, compliance gap analysis, and development of privacy programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and contribute to the firm's overall success.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
