Specialising in developing cloud-based, software solutions for leaders in the insurance industry, my client is seeking an Account Co-ordinator to manage their relationships with FTSE 100 clients. You will interact with executives at all levels, developing your client relationship, business analysis, and project management skills through exposure to the development processes and recognised technical experts.

 

Within the accounts team, you will build excellent licensee relationships, vet for new product releases and maintaining customer loyalty. Over time as you get you know the product and establish your relationships, you can then grow to assist the project management team on product expansions and implementations.

 

Relationship & Account Coordinator (Technology, Software Vendor, Client)

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day client and account support, resolving any client issues.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Provide licensee training.
  • Preparing client facing and internal documentation such as meeting minutes, scorecards, client-facing solution description documents, test plans, release notes and training material
  • Providing administrative and organizational support.
  • Financial responsibilities where appropriate, i.e. invoicing, follow up, etc. Ensure managers are kept up to date with all facts and issues regarding assigned accounts in a timely manner.
  • Determine solutions to improving the customer experience.
  • Test new product releases targeted for Production.
  • Work with our products to configure and build client solutions.
  • Manage system implementations for assigned accounts where required.

 

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Outstanding written and verbal English.
  • At least one year in a customer service/client relationship role, preferable in a technical industry.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills; MS Office, etc.
  • University degree, with a preference for Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related domain preferred
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of the insurance, international trade, and/or transportation/logistics industries would be a definite asset
  • Knowledge of MS SQL is an asset
  • Fluency in additional languages an asset
