HR & Recruitment Assistant

Due to the recent promotion of our current HR & Recruitment Assistant, we are now looking for a bright individual to join the team. This is a really exciting time to join Anson McCade as we look to expand our current office bases and open up new offices in Sydney. As the company grows, your position and responsibilities will too.
The Position of HR & Recruitment Assistant:
Supporting the Head of Internal Recruitment and Operations, you will be proof reading adverts before posting onto our job boards, managing those job boards to ensure we are getting the best use out of them (including running reports and highlighting any issues you feel relevant), proof reading and formatting CVs before sending them to our external clients, managing client portals, assisting with various adhoc research projects for your line manager and some of the other consultants in the business. You must also be willing to muck in with the less glamorous tasks such as ensuring our supply cupboards are fully stocked.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who would be seeking progression as there are various routes for you to take such as becoming a Research Consultant or Recruitment Consultant.
We’re looking for people who are comfortable using Microsoft Word (Excel would also be helpful but not essential) who possess strong communication skills as a large part of this role will involve communicating with people. This role is incredibly fast paced with regular changes in your role and priorities so the ability to multi task is essential.
