Join one of the world's top-ranked consultancies and lead transformative change within the finance sector. We're seeking a dynamic Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join our team and drive innovative solutions for our prestigious public sector clients.

About the Role: As a Finance Transformation Senior Manager, you'll lead back-office transformations across finance, HR, and procurement. Our projects are diverse, mostly remote, and focus on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client-facing CST engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide SME input on CST and IGH projects.
  • Lead business development for specific capabilities or client groups.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Develop winning engagement proposals.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and business development.
  • Motivate your team and promote continuous development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in leading back office transformations in finance, people, and organizational change.
  • Ability to manage high-value engagements (fees over £500k).
  • Experience working with senior public sector figures or private sector C-Suite executives.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proven track record in coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of public sector requirements (e.g., Green Book business cases).
  • Familiarity with intelligent automation and business intelligence tools.
  • Relevant formal qualifications (e.g., Chartered Accountant).
