About the Role: As a Senior Manager, you will deliver strategic changes encompassing innovation, customer experience, growth transformation, regulatory change, and large-scale efficiency improvements. You will lead complex transformation programmes, scoping, planning, and directing teams of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Insurance sector.
  • Develop and enhance transformation solutions with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Manage bids and presentations to win new business.
  • Lead and develop a team of consultants, supporting their growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in the Insurance sector, preferably in General Insurance and Commercial specialty.
  • Proven track record in consulting or leading complex business transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of industry, market, and regulatory drivers in the Insurance/FS industry.
  • Ability to present to C-Level decision makers.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring staff, fostering their personal and professional growth.
