We're on the hunt for a Senior Manager - Oracle EPM expert with a passion for finance transformation to join our Corporate Services Transformation team in London. If you have experience in finance, HR, and procurement, and thrive in a dynamic, client-facing role, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Back Office Transformation: You've got hands-on experience with "powered" implementations.
  • Business Case Development: You can develop business cases, and if they're green book compliant, that's a plus.
  • Shared Services: You've designed and implemented operating models.
  • Financial Planning: Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling are second nature to you.
  • Project Management: You're a pro at managing projects and keeping everything on track.
  • Commercial Innovation: You bring fresh, innovative approaches to commercial challenges.
  • Process Redesign: You've got a knack for redesigning processes and management information.
  • Engagement Management: You know how to lead client engagements with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Tech Transformation: You have a broad understanding of technology-enabled transformation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing Client Engagements: As a Senior Manager - Oracle EPM, you'll oversee client projects, manage day-to-day interactions, and lead teams to success.
  • Providing Expertise: Share your knowledge as a subject matter expert on broader team engagements.
  • Delivering Quality: Ensure our engagements are high-quality, efficient, and profitable.
  • Driving Business Development: Lead efforts to develop new business within your capability or client group.
  • Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships both externally and internally.
  • Crafting Proposals: Create compelling proposals that win new business.
  • Contributing to Practice Management: Play a role in practice and risk management, thought leadership, and business development activities.
  • Leading Teams: Motivate and inspire your team members, driving their commitment and development.
  • Sharing Knowledge: Continuously share your expertise and promote team development.

What You Bring:

  • Leadership in Transformation: Proven experience leading back office transformations, including finance, people and change management, organizational transformation, and shared services design.
  • Engagement Management: As a Senior Manager - Oracle EPM, you've managed high-value engagements, including those with fees exceeding £500k.
  • Senior-Level Interaction: Comfortable working with senior public sector officials or C-Suite executives in the private sector.
  • Team Leadership: You know how to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: You've coached junior colleagues and seen tangible improvements in their performance.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical ability and a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Networking: You can leverage a cross-service line network to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Public Sector Insight: Awareness of public sector requirements (e.g., Green Book business cases, capital and resource funding).
  • Tech Savvy: Knowledge of intelligent automation and business intelligence tools.
  • Professional Qualification: A formal qualification in your capability, such as being a chartered accountant in finance.

Compensation: Offering up to £103,000 plus benefits.
