About the Role:

Our client, a leading firm specializing in enterprise business transformation, is seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead cloud-based transformation programs using state-of-the-art SaaS ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering compelling solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to address complex client challenges.
  • Leading business development and project delivery activities across various industries.
  • Overseeing system design and delivery, including release management, integration management, and data migration strategies.
  • Defining comprehensive EPM solutions that align with best practices to meet business requirements.

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Manager:

  • Engagement Delivery: Lead large and complex programs, managing the planning, execution, and delivery of engagements. Oversee client reports and ensure quality assurance of work products.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, ensure engagement assurance, and handle commercial risk management effectively.
  • People Development: Lead large teams, mentor team members, and foster their development. Focus on coaching and skills transfer.
  • Practice Development: Contribute to scaling the business by developing thought leadership papers and new methodologies.
  • Business Development: Establish and develop relationships with clients and internal teams. Lead business development activities, including proposals and bids for future work.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Multiple industry sectors (e.g., public sector, retail, higher education, financial services).
    • Leading and delivering full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products.
    • FP&A processes, including planning, financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and data management.
    • Design and implementation of EPM applications (e.g., EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, EDMCS).
    • Key finance and accounting processes (e.g., general accounting, corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis).
    • Governance controls, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization, and data quality management.
    • Leading client workshops and preparing design documents.
    • Technical deliverables, such as data migration principles and integration design.
    • Operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding its impacts.

Key Skills:

  • Eligibility for National Security Vetting at the level of Security Check (SC).
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal communications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
