Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Due Diligence Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing the technology landscape of target companies, providing valuable insights to facilitate M&A decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough technology assessments and due diligence on target companies, evaluating their software, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and technological capabilities.
• Analyze risks and opportunities associated with target companies' technology assets, identifying potential synergies and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present findings and recommendations to clients, supporting them in making strategic decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation outlining technological strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement.

Base Salary - £70,000 - £95,000 range + 60% Bonus + extended benefits package
