Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives in the National Security sector, leveraging existing and upcoming opportunities.
• Develop and implement robust problem-solving methodologies for technology transformation projects, review complex analyses, and deliver effective outcomes.
• Regularly interact with senior leaders within the consultancy and the client's leadership team, developing strong relationships across all levels.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of technology transformation engagements, including creating work plans, managing timelines, and allocating resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in leading complex consulting projects focused on technology transformation, including business model changes, strategy development, and investment decision support.
• Demonstrable experience in developing business cases related to technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of consulting problem-solving methodologies tailored to technology transformation challenges in the Defence sector.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis, report and slide creation, impactful presenting, and relationship-building.
