Your Role

As a People Transformation Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between our clients' organisational needs and innovative solutions. You'll lead and support clients through complex transformations involving their people, processes, and culture. Your responsibilities will include managing deliverables and client relationships, delivering HR and organisational transformation solutions using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. You'll often work in multidisciplinary teams across various projects and locations, with your role tailored to the client engagement and your skill set.

• Delivery Methods: Experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Delivery Tools: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and MSProject.
• Certifications: Certified Agile, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agile, PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, or ITIL.
