What We Seek

• An appropriate Engineering Degree or Masters (or equivalent) OR HNC/HND level (or equivalent).
• A broad grasp of multiple general engineering disciplines, encompassing electrical, mechanical, systems, and more.
• Proficiency in operating within intricate multi-stakeholder environments. While not mandatory, familiarity with MIL-STD-1760 and MIL-STD-1553 could be advantageous.
• Experience within the defense sector, particularly in system integration onto fixed-wing or rotary platforms, would be advantageous.
• Aptitude for intricate technical negotiations, backed by a high degree of autonomy.
