The Opportunity:

A leading consultancy (BIG4) is seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead complex transformation engagements within the Insurance Sector. This role involves delivering strategic changes focused on innovation, customer experience, growth transformation, regulatory compliance, and large-scale cost efficiency improvements.

The Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with top-tier Insurance Sector clients to drive critical business transformations, develop innovative solutions, manage proposals, and lead a team of consultants. Your main objective will be to enhance clients' organizational performance, promote customer-centric growth, and implement efficient operating models.

This role is pivotal in driving growth within the Insurance Transformation team, addressing digital disruptions and regulatory challenges while aligning with the Customer and Operations service line.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Extensive industry experience in the insurance sector (preferably General Insurance and Commercial specialty).
  • Prior management consultancy experience, leading complex business transformation programs as a Project/Programme Manager using relevant methods, including Lean, Agile, operating model design, change management, and technology/digital change.
  • Deep understanding of key industry, market, and regulatory drivers shaping the Insurance/FS industry, with the ability to articulate these to clients.
  • Ability to present to C-level decision-makers is preferred.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring staff, supporting their personal and professional development.

Benefits:

  • Base Salary: £90,000 - £100,000
  • Discretionary Bonus: Approximately 10%
