Our client, one of Europe's fastest-growing Technology M&A advisories, is seeking Manager's to join their dynamic global Technology M&A team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in a start-up-like environment while working on Technology Due Diligence engagements.

What you'll be doing as a Senior Consultant:

• Engaging in Technology Due Diligence: Providing expertise and support on tech financials, including assessing IT Opex/Capex, synergy assessments, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations.
• Supporting Leadership: Assisting in building proposals and sales pitches, contributing to practice development, and mentoring team members.
• Collaborating with European Teams: Working across various industries and helping execute the firm's M&A strategy.
• Driving Business Initiatives: Leveraging your skills to support high-impact M&A projects and growth strategies for top-tier clients, including leading Private Equity firms, family offices, corporates, and strategic investors.

Experience you should have as a TDD M&A Manager:

• Relevant Work Experience: 6-10 years in a senior role within the industry or a tech company with a large, complex technology landscape.
• Hands-on Technology Due Diligence: Proven experience in executing technology due diligence.
• Financial Acumen: Demonstrable ease with IT Opex/Capex, synergy assessment, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations.
• Business Acumen and Resourcefulness: Ability to navigate and get things done in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
• Team Collaboration: Strong team player capable of mentoring juniors and thriving in a collaborative culture.
• High-Quality Deliverables: Experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
